Event Announcement: Artisan Hapnins in Mount Vernon
We are thrilled to introduce "Artisan Hapnin" – a series of dynamic events celebrating the artistry and craftsmanship of local artisans and crafters. These vibrant gatherings will take place every Saturday at The Patrons’ Room, an enchanting venue nestled at 823 N. Charles Street, in the heart of Baltimore’s historic Mount Vernon Registry District. In this announcement, we'll provide you with a comprehensive overview of our Artisan Hapnin events, including venue details, logistics, pricing, and our extensive promotional plans.

* Limited Vendor Spots: We're offering a limited number of just 10 vendor spots for each event day. This exclusivity ensures that participating artisans have ample space to showcase their creations and engage with event attendees.
* Table Cost: Vendor tables are priced at $60 for a 4-hour time slot. Each table includes a designated space for your setup. Vendors are kindly requested to bring their own table and two chairs.
* Event Hours: The Artisan Hapnin events are split into two engaging time slots:
* First Half: 10 am - 2 pm
* Second Half: 2pm - 6pm
* Discounted Second Half: Should vendors wish to extend their presence and participate in both the first and second halves of the event, an additional cost of $40 applies, bringing the total for the full day to $100.
* Payment: To simplify the process, vendor fees are due upfront on a monthly basis. This approach ensures that your vendor space is secured for your chosen time slots.
* Space Allocation: Vendor spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. We encourage early registration to secure your preferred spot, as these events are anticipated to be in high demand.
